| Do you accept insurance? |
|
| A NEW DAY does work with most major medical insurance policies, and are happy to provide a benefit quote for you on what your policy provides. Our insurance specialists have years of experience working with all major health care providers, in efforts to get you the treatment you are entitled to at the lowest rate available. |

| Do you offer financing? |
|
| Yes, A NEW DAY does offer financing plans to each individual with no interest for the first year, O% APR and low monthly payments to ensure you or a loved one gets the help they need. Financing plans and options are solely based on each individual's circumstances. |

| What are acceptable methods of payment? |
|
| We accept all major credit cards, certified checks from your bank, and wire transfers. We do not accept personal checks. |

| Is Smoking and tobacco use permitted? |
|
| Because A NEW DAY is an addiction treatment facility, the use of tobacco is discouraged. We do allow smoking and tobacco use at designated times, in designated area. There is no smoking or tobacco use inside the treatment facility, nor in the living accommodations. |

| Can I Bring My Cell Phone? |
|
| We understand that you may need your cell phone during your travel to A NEW DAY for emergency purposes. However, all cell phones will be locked in our client safe. No cell phone use is permitted during treatment. |

| Can I Bring My laptop? |
|
| We feel it is in every client's best interest to leave your laptop at home. It is our goal to have each individual fully involved in their treatment process, without distractions. Clients may use the internet and have email access upon their therapist's discretion. |
