| Introduction
|

| While at A NEW DAY, we ask each client to be appropriately dressed at all times. We have a dress code guideline for both male and female clients, and ask each individual to refrain from bringing and wearing any clothing that is provocative, or has logos of alcohol, drugs, violence, gang affiliation, tobacco, racism, gambling or sex. |

Female Dress Code: |
|
 |
Loose fitting slacks, jeans skirts or shorts are appropriate but, can be no shorter than 3" above the knee |
|
Loose fitting shirts, and blouses that completely cover the shoulder and midriff area are allowed. |
|
Undergarments and bras must be worn at all times, and in a way that is not visible when sitting or bending. |
|
Ripped or cut-off clothing such as shorts, skirts, and t shirts are not allowed |
|
Tank Tops, spaghetti-strap shirts, and blouses are not allowed. |
|
Low cut skirts, shirts, shorts of any kind are not allowed. |
|
Clothing made of mesh or sheer materials are not allowed. |
|
Bathing suits are permitted at the beach only, 2 piece suits and bikinis are permitted, however the staff has the right to determine whether the suit is acceptable. No G strings or thongs are permitted, and clients must wear a wrap or cover up when traveling to and from the beach. |
|
Clients may wear sleep attire at night such as pajamas, or bathrobes, however, are not allowed to wear these outside of their living accommodations. |

Male Dress Code: |
|
Jeans, shorts, slacks are all appropriate. However, they cannot be cut off or ripped/shredded. All clothing must be no shorter then 3-inches above the knee |

Loose fitting shirts (short/long sleeve, and t shirts) are appropriate, however, tank tops are not permitted. |
|
Clothing made of mesh or sheer materials is not permitted. |
|
Shirts must be worn at all times while in treatment except when at the beach. In addition, all shirts must completely cover the front and back of the body. No cut-offs or muscle shirts are allowed. |
|
Underwear must be worn at all times so that it is not visible. If you wear baggy pants, a belt must be worn. |
|
Swimsuits must be loose fitting trunks or shorts. Tight fitting suits are not permitted at any time. |
|
Clients may wear sleep attire at night such as pajamas, or bathrobes, however ,are not allowed to wear these outside of their living accommodations. |
